How do I scan a receipt?
Tap the green Scan button on Home, point your camera at the receipt, and tap the shutter. The app will run on-device OCR and pre-fill the merchant, total, tax, and date. Fix any OCR misreads on the Edit screen, then tap Save.
How do I import a digital receipt (PDF, screenshot)?
Tap Import on Home and pick the file from your device. SnapTrac processes it on-device using the same OCR pipeline as a camera scan — no upload, no cloud round-trip.
Why is my receipt count limited to 5/month?
The free tier allows 5 scans per calendar month. Upgrade to SnapTrac Pro for unlimited scans, webhook export, and multi-business support.
How do I export to QuickBooks?
Tap Export, pick a date range, and select CSV. The CSV is in QuickBooks-import format. Open QuickBooks and import the file directly — no manual mapping required.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SnapTrac → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → SnapTrac → Cancel.
We do not have the ability to cancel on your behalf — Apple and Google control the subscription lifecycle.
How do I delete all my data?
Open Settings in SnapTrac and tap Delete All Data. Everything wipes in under a second. We never have your data on a server, so there's nothing to delete from us.
Does SnapTrac work without internet?
Yes. OCR runs entirely on-device. The only feature that requires internet is the Pro webhook export, which sends a copy of a saved receipt to a URL you configure.
